They can make the keys by hand here. Manually. Had to small keys that no one was able to help me with, and they were able to do it. Excellent service. Support small business.

Great local hardware store! I have been there several times and have always had a pleasant experience. Don't see what you need on the shelves or have a special request? They will gladly special order most anything for you.

Great service, needed a new window screen for my home. Brought in another screen, they measured it precisely and it was a picture fit. The price was unbeatable!!

Local hardware store ran by an awesome local family. Disregard the prior review regarding hurricane issues. Their prices are very competitive and their return policies are clearly posted in the store. I have always enjoyed shopping here and will continue to do so any chance I get.

Love this hardware store. Needed to have the screen replaced in my window screens. Dropped them off and within 48hrs they were finished. best price in town. Fantastic job. Personal service and knowledgeable . I be back for all hardware needs. Highly recommend to everyone.

Remember when: People in businesses were nice to you. People thank you for your business and meant it. People accommodated even the smallest request with a smile. People weren’t staring at a phone even once while in their business. Jon helped me today with a smile but each of the employees thanked me and meant it. Small businesses. We MUST support them. 😄

My computer repair and IT services shop is just on the next block over on Waltham avenue and I run over here to Pine Castle hardware all the time for whatever random part that I may need to fix something at my office and they always seem to have whatever it is I need amazingly enough for not being some big huge hardware store like Home Depot. I like that I can walk in and someone will always greet you and help you find whatever it is you're looking for so you don't have to spend five times as much time finding what you want. This is the way all stores used to be, until we lost our way, now there's not many like this anymore.

I recently moved near Pine Castle. I saw the store several times on my way home. I decided to go to Pine Castle hardware a few days ago and I have found a diamond in the rough. The customer service is top notch. I worked with a gentleman named Jon who was willing to direct me to whatever I needed. Two other gentleman were available and one repaired my chainsaw and the other loaded up my car with river rocks. Bottom line this place is awesome. Check out their hours and go visit. You will be very pleased with not only the prices but also the service.
